Children's Science Playground of Suzhou Science & Technology Museum

In 2021, we joined forces with the renowned children's museum design firm CambridgeSeven to participate in the conceptual design bid for the Children's Science Playground of Suzhou Science & Technology Museum. Spanning two exhibition halls, this playground is themed "A Water Droplet's Journey", tracing the trajectory of a droplet from forest to ocean. It seamlessly integrates nature with engineering technology to enhance understanding of the world. Our design encapsulated the macrocosm within a droplet, visually connecting this minute form to the entirety of the Earth, thereby illustrating the principle, "think globally and act locally". Through their explorations, children would learn how their smallest actions in Suzhou could make a difference to the world.
