Ancient Civilization Exploration Hall of Shanghai Museum East

In 2020, our team participated in a nationwide conceptual design competition hosted by the Ancient Civilization Exploration Hall of Shanghai Museum East. Our proposal was inspired by the ancient origins of river systems, guiding visitors along various river courses to embark on a journey exploring ancient civilizations across the globe. We gathered a diverse range of historical and cultural exhibits from both domestic and international museums, focusing on exhibitions tailored for adolescents and children's museums with historical and cultural themes. Through interactive formats designed to match the cognitive levels of young people, our goal was to help them understand the development trajectory of human civilization, cultivate cultural confidence, and broaden their global perspective to embrace openness and inclusivity. Ultimately, we aimed to stimulate reflections on the future development of human civilization.
